If you are contacting us about a faulty product or wishing to make a warranty claim, please email us with the following information to help us resolve your query promptly.

  • Your contact information: full name, mailing address, email, and phone number
  • Proof of purchase: A screen shot or a photo of the actual receipt showing date of purchase and where purchased from
  • A photo of the warranty item, for example: trash can, shoe rack, and etc
  • Brief description of the issue
  • A photo/video of the issue/parts
